The Body Glow Ritual
A Weekly Ritual · Brush · Cleanse · Mask · Oxygenate · Nourish
Because the skin below the chin ages just as fast
Most people mask their face and forget everything else. The chest, shoulders and arms age at the same rate — and show it. This is my secret-weapon body treatment: once a week, it brightens and evens tone, clears pollution and impurities, and leaves the most beautiful canvas for oil. I do it on my whole body, face included.
1. Brush
Dry brush before the shower: long strokes toward the heart. It wakes up circulation and lymph and lifts dead skin so the masks can do their work.
2. Cleanse
A gentle cleanse in the shower. Skin should be clean and towel-dry before the masks go on.
3. Mask
Pro Radiance Cream Mask spread evenly over dry skin, avoiding eyes and lips. Face, neck, chest, shoulders, arms — wherever you want the glow.
4. Oxygenate
O2 Deep Bubble Mask straight on top. Wait two to three minutes for the bubbles to form, then massage lightly and rinse with lukewarm water. Oxygen is how the cell takes in nutrients and gets rid of waste — you're opening the door before you bring the groceries in.
5. Nourish
Living Libations Seabuckthorn Best Skin Ever pressed into damp skin. Oil on dry skin sits on top; oil on damp skin sinks in. Follow with Restorative Body Cream with Copper Peptides if you want extra richness.
How often
Once a week is plenty. I do mine the same evening as the Weekly Glow so the whole body gets its reset at once. The 500mL O2 Deep Bubble Mask is the size to get if you're doing face and body.
